Il biscottificio “Calabrese 1812” di Gennaro
e Ferdinando Calabrese, nasce nel 1812 grazie all’opera
del capostipite Luigi Calabrese. L’azienda è
gestita dai suoi figli che ne hanno diffuso il marchio
in tutta la Regione Campania. Il segreto dell’azienda,
per mantenersi al vertice di un mercato ad altissima competitività
è quello di utilizzare le migliori farine lavorate
con l’ausilio di macchinari all’avanguardia.
I prodotti sono realizzati con farine di diversa tipologia:
grano, soia, mais, segale, farro e grano saraceno.
Accreditata nell’Albo delle Fattorie Didattiche
della Regione Campania.

1812” was established in 1812 thanks to Mr Luigi
Calabrese’s work. The activity is run by his sons
and its brand is known throughout the CAMPANIA region.
The secret of its being on the top of a very competitive
market is produces bread of very high quality by using
the best flours and working them with the most modern
tools. Products are made with various flours: grain, soya,
indian corn, rye, etc.
The farm is on the official Regional Roll of Didactic
Farms.
